Our company is growing rapidly; we are in the process of constructing a 60,000 ton per year ceramic proppants manufacturing facility on the site of the former A.P. Green Refractories facility in Mexico, MO, at one time the largest refractory manufacturing facility in the world.

With a manufacturing and warehouse location in America’s Midwest, we are focused on finding "A" players, and then ensuring they get the best training available whether it be topic specific technical training, Sandler sales training, Vistage executive management groups, or formal training reimbursable via our employee tuition reimbursement plan. We are searching for people to fill a variety of positions, including experienced professionals, recent graduates, skilled tradesmen, and production workers.
